Acceptable use & content reporting

Who and what this service supports

Use is limited to adults aged 18 or older, authorized pet photos and original English dialogue. Only pets are supported. Do not include people, use face swaps, clone real voices, imitate celebrities or submit recognizable copyrighted characters without permission. Preparing a local draft does not place an order. Availability is shown by the checkout and creation controls; payment and generation are separate actions.

Prohibited content

Do not submit or request:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Violence, gore or animal cruelty.
• Hate speech or discriminatory harassment.
• Child sexual abuse material or other content that harms children.
• Deceptive impersonation or unauthorized use of a person's likeness, voice or private information.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unlicensed songs, video footage or brand characters.

Fraud and other illegal activity are prohibited. This service does not reproduce the original Hotel Lobby song, recording or choreography. You are responsible for having the rights needed for the material you provide.

Platform content review

When personalized creation is enabled, uploaded photos are checked through Cloudflare Workers AI before they can be stored as reference assets. Photos containing people, unsafe material or no recognizable pet are refused. Dialogue is checked against our prohibited-content rules and a server-side safety model before generation. Editing the browser interface does not bypass these checks.

The completed clip is first checked by Cloudflare-hosted Deepgram Nova-3 speech recognition. Empty or uncertain speech is refused, and the actual recognized words are safety-checked with Cloudflare Workers AI. The clip must also pass Gemini 3.8 Flash video and audio review through KIE before private delivery. Recognized words are only held in memory during this check, not saved as a transcript. Unsafe or uncertain results are not delivered. If a required reviewer is unavailable, the request is refused or held without delivering unreviewed content. Review records keep decisions, reasons and content hashes; they do not contain raw photos, dialogue or payment-card data. Automated review has limits and does not establish copyright ownership.

Reports, manual review and appeals

Report unsafe content, impersonation or a rights concern to support@hotellobbyclip.com. Anyone may report; an order is not required. Include the page link or video/ order reference, the reason and any relevant evidence. Do not email passwords, identity documents or payment-card information.

The individual service operator reviews reports, prioritizes serious safety concerns, checks the identified content and relevant review records, and decides whether to stop delivery or remove confirmed violating content. The reporter is informed of the result where contact details are available. Our target is an initial reply within two business days and completion within seven business days; if further investigation is needed, we explain the delay. These are response targets, not a promise of a round-the-clock review team.

You may request a review of a mistaken refusal or report outcome through the same email, with the reference and an explanation. Confirmed technical failures return the video allowance. Requests involving an undelivered or materially defective purchase are handled under the refund policy.

Violations

Prohibited requests are refused and confirmed unsafe content may be removed or withheld from delivery. Abuse limits restrict repeated requests. These rules do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
